Welcome to Workwander Service (the “Service”). These terms and conditions are entered between AdHocSpace Pte Ltd, a Singapore company, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Workwander”, “us”, “our”, “we”), and any customer accessing and/or visiting the Service and/or booking a booking directly through us on the Service, or indirectly through our third party partners and distributors (collectively, “Customer”, “Your”, “You”).
LEASE READ CAREFULLY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR BOOK ANY BOOKINGS THROUGH OUR SERVICE.
1. DESCRIPTION OF OUR SERVICE
Workwander is an online platform for booking of all type of spaces through which our property partners and distributors (collectively “Space Providers” or “Property”) can promote their spaces for booking by customers (you).
Through Workwander, we provide you a platform allowing you to search and book temporary spaces for use during the day (for examples, workspaces, work desks, conference rooms, event etc…).
Our Service is accessible through various platforms including our mobile applications and website accessible at www.workwander.space and any other extension (collectively “Platforms”).
2. YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
For accessing and/or visiting the Service, you’ll be asked to sign up with your first and last name, your email address, your phone number and a password (“Registration Data”). By opening a user account, it will be easier for you to manage your bookings; especially it allows you to save your personal setting and bookings.
For making a booking, you’ll be requested to complete your Registration Data with your payment details and your specific preferences/requests for your booking (“Booking Data”). Such Booking Data are required for the purpose of providing you the Service, including confirming you the details of your booking and sending you our newsletter.
Our Service is provided for your use, subject to the terms and conditions set out below. You are not allowed to transfer, re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor, display, download, create derivative works or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our Service and Platforms for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
Additionally, by using the Service:
- you agree not to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent booking;
- you represent that you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation;
- you will only use this Service to make legitimate bookings; and
- you represent that the information supplied by you on our Service is true, accurate, current and complete and you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and anyone other than you.
If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, Workwander may cancel any booking and close any associated user accounts. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Workwander reserves the right to take any necessary legal action.
The Service is not directed at children who have not yet reached the legal age of majority. The use of any of our services is only allowed with the valid consent of a parent or a guardian. If we receive information from a child under the legal of age of majority, we reserve the right to delete it.
3. YOUR BOOKING ON WORKWANDER
Prior making your booking, please check the property policy to know the additional and specific terms and conditions applicable to your booking.
3.1 Contractual relationship with spaces providers
By making a booking through our Service, you enter into a direct and legally binding contractual relationship with the Space Provider at which you book. When you make your booking, Workwander act solely as an intermediary between you and the Space provider, transmitting the details of your booking to the relevant Space Provider and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Space Provider.
3.2 Information provided by Space Providers
All prices on the Service are displayed including GST tax and all other taxes, unless stated differently on our Service or in the confirmation email. The information that we provide you through our Platforms are based on the information provided to us by our Space Providers, including all rates, availability and other information which is displayed on our Service.
Please note that obvious errors and mistakes are not binding. All special offers and promotions are marked as such. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change.
3.3 Prices and taxes
The prices displayed on our Service may relate to different types of Space. Depending on the country, the prices may be shown before tax, inclusive of GST, VAT or inclusive of all taxes. Where prices are not shown inclusive of all taxes, the taxes will be specified in the following steps of the booking process. However, you may be required to pay some additional taxes upon arrival at the space provider depending on the local regulations in force.
The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary. Only the currency confirmed at booking is guaranteed; if this currency is different from the one used at the property, the client will be liable for any conversion fees.
If they are not included in the rate or specifically selected when the booking is made, supplementary services (breakfast, half board, full board etc.) are available as options to be paid for at the space provider.
3.3 Payment of your booking
The payment process for your use varies based on the individual type of space. Prior making your booking, please check the property policies to know the payment terms applicable to your booking.
Space Providers require a payment in advance. In this case, your booking may be paid during the booking process through Workwander Service by means of secure online payment. Payment is safely processed through a third party payment processor. In this case, your card details will be charged for the amount of your booking (including applicable taxes).
By completing and confirming a booking:
- you agree to the specific property policy applying to your booking including the relevant cancellation, modification and no-show policy that apply to your booking, and to any additional conditions that may apply to your booking);
- you agree to receive an email and/or SMS from Workwander confirming the information related to your booking; and
- you agree that the details of your booking are sent to the Space Provider for the purpose of processing your booking.
Please note that some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international transactions and your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the confirmation page of your booking booked on the Service. Workwander has no liability related to these fees or exchange rate. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.
3.4 Cancellation, no show, modifications
All bookings are final and cannot be changed, refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another party. Your credit card or credit balance will be charged for the amount shown even if you do not use the space booked.
Prior making your booking, please check the property policy to know the modification, cancellation and no-show policy applicable to your booking. ANY CANCELLATION SHOULD BE DONE THROUGH OUR SERVICE OR OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The modification, cancellation and no-show policy applicable to your booking is available on the property policy page of our Service, during the booking procedure and in the confirmation email of your booking. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation.
By making a booking with a Space Provider, you accept and agree to the relevant modification, cancellation and no-show policy and payment of related applicable fees may apply to your booking.

Any refunds required will only be made on your credit account balance with Workwander, even if you have used credit card to pay for your booking previously.
3.6 Withdrawal from Credit Balance
Please note that we do not allow withdrawal of your credit balance from the credit account with us. We strongly suggest that you only top up the amount you will be using to book a space with Workwander.
Workwander has the right to determine the rebate % at any point in time
3.8 Maximum Credit Balance
The maximum amount of money that Workwander app can contain at any one point in time is SGD300
5. TERMINATION ACCOUNT
Workwander may at its sole discretion limit your access or deny your access to the Service, at any time and for any reason, including in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement or any third parties rights and/or any applicable laws and regulations.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Workwander exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights of the Service (including logos and trademarks, software, database, infrastructure, website, applications and content made available on the Service (including the guest reviews and translated content) (“Workwander IPR”). Any unlawful or unauthorized use of Workwander IPR will constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property rights (including copyright and database right).
7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Space Provider is sole responsible to deal with complaints or claims with respect to your booking and to products and services offered to you by the Space Provider. Workwander is not responsible for and disclaims any liability with respect to such claims from the Customers. However, Workwander, at its sole discretion (and without any obligation to do so), may act as intermediary between the Space Provider and a Customer in order to help and facilitate settlement of claims between Customer and a Space Provider. The Service and Platforms may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. In particular, Workwander do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information (including the photographs, description, rates and availability) displayed on our Service. Each Space Provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information displayed on our Platforms.
In addition, Workwander reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our Service and/or pending bookings made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending booking at the correct price or we will cancel your booking without penalty. Workwander make no guarantees about the availability of specific products and services.
We are not responsible for any interruptions or non-delivery of information and make no representations about the suitability of the information, software, products and services contained on the Platforms for any purpose, and the inclusion or offering of any products or services on our Platforms does not constitute any endorsement or recommendation of such products or services by Workwander. All such information, software products, and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind and Workwander disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular response, title and non-infringement.
The Space Providers are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Workwander. Workwander is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such Space Providers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. Workwander has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond its direct control, and Workwander has no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays or acts of any government or authority.
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Workwander be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, display of or use of this Service and Platforms or with the delay or inability to access, display or use the Service and/or Platforms; any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products and services obtaining through this Service and the Platforms; even if Workwander has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If, despite the limitation above, Workwander are found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then the liability of Workwander will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the total amount of your booking you paid by using the Service or (b) One-Hundred Singapore Dollars (SGD $100.00) or the equivalent in local currency. The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties.
You agree to defend and indemnify Workwander and any of its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of (i) your breach of the terms of this Agreement or (ii) your violation of any applicable laws and regulations or any third party rights.
If any dispute, controversy or claim arises out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, breach or termination (a “Dispute”), it shall be referred, upon written notice (a “Dispute Notice”) given by one party to the other one. The Parties shall seek to resolve the Dispute on an amicable basis within 30 days of the Dispute Notice being received. Any Dispute not resolved within 30 days of the Dispute Notice being received may be referred to and finally settled under the rules of Singapore. The arbitration language will be in English. The place of arbitration shall be Singapore. Judgment on an award may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction.
